Full Inspection Seminars
Inspection of
Firestop Systems is an educational seminar intended to help
building officials, fire marshals and design professionals ensure
firestopping installations meet governing codes. This in-depth and
comprehensive seminar includes a generic, industry created
presentation given by representatives from IFC. The free seminar
focuses on the requirements, proper inspection and enforcement
needed for different firestop applications.

The Inspection of Firestop Systems program
has been approved by The American Institute of Architects (AIA),
and participants can receive AIA continuing education credits.
While almost all other training seminars in the firestopping
industry are delivered by a specific manufacturer, this training
incorporates perspectives from many IFC representatives,
including those from the testing laboratories, code experts,
consultants and manufacturers. The IFC offers a thorough,
unbiased seminar with information universal to firestopping.
